Dr. Freeman and his staff are so welcoming and always make you feel like you chose the right dentist. I have had only two appointments so far, and I can say for sure that Dr. Freeman is my top choice. Everyone in the building wears a smile on their face when you walk in. The decor of the office is warm and inviting. The wait times for your appointment are very minimal. Dentistry by Design is also quick yet very efficient. Everyone at the office is excited to answer your questions and recommend tips to improve your dental routine. 10/10 for sure!
I recently moved back to Atlanta and needed a new dentist. I was recommended to go here and even without insurance, it was great! They have a new patient special that is way more reasonable than most places. I called 4 other places before deciding to go here and I'm very happy I did. They all were super nice, professional, and took good care of me.
I have been going to Dr. Freeman for over 10 years and have felt comfortable and welcome from Day 1. All of the staff is great and they get you in/out in a timely manner. I even chipped my tooth once and they got me in the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend him.
I've been a patient of this practice for several years and I continued to be pleased with the dental care and service provided. The staff including the front desk, the hygienists, and the dentists are excellent! They are professional, welcoming, and are pleasant to work with. Wait times are minimal to virtually nonexistent for scheduled appointments. The staff is also flexible around patients' scheduling needs, especially on short-notice. The dental care and customer care are truly top-notch - I highly recommend them. They also offer ample and validated parking which eliminates a significant pain-point when doing business in the Atlanta metro-area.
I actually look forward to my dental appointments (even if there will be a filling or a crown), because it’s always a good experience at Atlanta Dentistry By Design. All of the staff are super friendly, and, in all of my years going there, my appointments have been on time - they never run behind. Dr. Freeman is great at what he does (I even have one of his implants), and he doesn't mind all of my many questions.
